Job summary

Care Initiatives is seeking aRegistered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team across more than 40 skilled nursing communities in Iowa. You will provide direct nursing care, support unit operations, administer medications, and monitor residents to promptly address changes in health status.

Qualifications

Current valid RN license in Iowa or the ability to activate in Iowa.
Current CPR certification.
Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws.
Demonstrated empathy, respect, patience, and discretion in interactions with residents and families.

Responsibilities

Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
Support daily clinical operations on the unit to ensure quality care and safety.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time.
Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes in status.
Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, providers and the care team to maintain high-quality care.
