Saber Healthcare Group in Ohio is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to perform the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process in compliance with state and federal laws, supporting quality care and resident dignity. This full-time role requires an active RN license, CPR/BLS, and basic computer skills to navigate EHR software.

Shifts are Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; wage based on experience, with generous PTO and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR or BLS Certification required.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Complete the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process in accordance with state and federal law and facility policies.
• Support quality care and resident dignity in daily activities and assessments.
