Incentives:
Referral bonuses of $1,000 are available to referring DHSS employees.
Eligibility: Must be a new employee to the State of DE to qualify.
Incentives are paid quarterly over the first year, starting after the first quarter of employment. New employees accepting this bonus must commit to two years of employment with DHSS. Referral bonuses of $1,000 are paid quarterly over the first year of the referred applicant’s employment.
Note: The program is administered by DHSS and may be terminated at any time.
