Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtains medical histories, performs physical assessments and investigations.
• Administers appropriate treatment and/or immunization and obtains laboratory specimens.
• Conducts comprehensive educational counseling to patients and other professionals.
• Functions as a preceptor for patients and other agencies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
