Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision.
• Utilize Nursing Process for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Administer medications, IV therapy and treatments as prescribed.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team and families.
• Document patient status and plans and communicate with physicians and staff.
• Mentor and support nursing staff and participate in quality improvement.
