Qualifications

• Current California RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification within three months of hire.
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification within three months of hire for ICH/FPH units.

Responsibilities

• Care for a defined group of patients for a designated time frame.
• Coordinate and implement patient care in line with unit standards.
• Assess biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, self-care and educational needs.
• Develop, implement and revise the plan of care; ensure safe, efficient delivery of care.
