We are hiring an RN for our Mother Baby/Labor & Delivery Float Pool team. This is a full time day shift position that will float between 2 of our hospital locations. Our locations include Lee's Summit, Overland Park, North Kansas City, and Plaza areas. Schedules are written 8 - 10 weeks in advance.
Responsibilities:
* Functions independently and accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
* Coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team.
* Delegates tasks appropriately.
* Identifies hospital resources.
* Serves as a clinical resource for new employees.
* Demonstrates positive formal or informal leadership within unit or department.
