Job summary

UF Health Leesburg Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) at UF Health Leesburg Hospital. Under the direction of the Director or Charge Nurse, you will perform nursing assessments, develop care plans, and provide high-quality, patient-centered care to the Leesburg community.

Required qualifications include a Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing, current Florida RN license, BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certification completed before orientation

Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
• Current Florida RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale certification (completed prior to orientation).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Conduct nursing assessments, identify patient needs, and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement interventions and evaluate patient outcomes.

Position Summary

Under the direction of the Director or Charge Nurse, the Registered Nurse utilizes the nursing process to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. The RN performs nursing assessments, identifies patient needs, develops individualized care plans, implements appropriate interventions, and evaluates patient outcomes.
