A leading health care provider in Leesburg, Florida seeks a part-time Registered Nurse for day shifts. The RN is responsible for patient assessments, care plan formulation, and implementing care based on nursing diagnoses. Candidates must hold a Florida RN License, have a Diploma/Associate’s Degree, and current BLS certification. This role requires a commitment to patient care and adherence to scheduled shifts from 0645am to 715pm.

Qualifications

• Current Florida Registered Nurse License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Completion of NIH certification prior to orientation.

Responsibilities

• Utilize nursing process to assess and diagnose patients.
• Formulate and evaluate patient care plans.
• Work under the direction of a charge nurse.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the director/ charge nurse, the RN utilizes the nursing process, facilitates patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis, formulates care plans based on the diagnosis and implements and evaluates the plan of care, performs other duties as assigned. This is a part time, day shift position.
