Proforma Health is seeking a Staff Nurse to provide comprehensive care throughout the patient lifecycle, applying the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care. You will work within policies and guidelines, maintaining professionalism and accountability.

Responsibilities include coordinating care, maintaining standards, and developing care plans while supporting team members and pursuing ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program; new graduates are eligible.
• Current Georgia Registered Nurse license or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
• BLS certification required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree, one year hospital experience, advanced specialty certification.
