Job summary

The RN role focuses on coordinating the delivery of quality nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle during night shifts, with responsibility for direct clinical care as census demands. You will manage operational issues and communicate patient care, departmental concerns, and staff issues to leadership.

You will also serve as a resource for nursing staff, ensuring safety and high-quality outcomes, while collaborating with the team to support patient flow and continuity of care

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Minimum of one year of hospital nursing experience; two or more years preferred.
• Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license.
• BLS certification required.
• Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and advanced specialty certification.
• Demonstrated clinical competency and strong communication skills.
