St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Enid, OK is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for ICU, full-time day shift.

The hospital emphasizes high-quality patient care across cardiology, neurology, orthopedics, emergency medicine, rehab, and more, with a broad network and patient-focused culture. The RN role involves comprehensive assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation, following professional standards.

Competenze

• Current RN licensure from the State of Oklahoma required.
• ADN degree required; BSN preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• ALS, PALS and TEAM (de-escalation) certifications required within 6 months of employment.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required within 3 months of employment.
• Experience preferred.

Registered Nurse RN ICU FULL-TIME DAY SHIFT

St. Mary’s is a 229-bed, acute care hospital located in Enid, OK. St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center has served the healthcare needs of northwest Oklahoma for more than 100 years. We host more than 125 highly skilled physicians offering specialties in Cardiology, Neurology, Orthopedics, Emergency Medicine, Rehabilitation, Laboratory, Women’s Imaging, Wound Care, and more.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• The RN has multiple roles and functions including caregiver, decision-maker, client advocate, manager, rehabilitator, comforter, communicator, and teacher.
• The functions include assessment of the nursing needs of the patient, initiation of the plan of care of nurse action, implementation of the plan of care and the evaluation of the process, by use of the nursing process.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) Job Requirements:

• Current RN licensure from the State of Oklahoma required.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• BLS required.
• ALS, PALS and TEAM (de-escalation) required within (six) 6 months of employment required.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required within 3 months of employment
• Experience preferred.
