Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions seeks an experienced ICU nurse to provide direct patient care in the Honolulu area’s ICU, with Epic documentation and high-quality patient management.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, administer medications per protocols, and participate in quality improvement projects while mentoring junior staff. On-site presence in Kailua, HI is required, with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Current RN license valid in Hawaii with ICU or critical care certification.
• Proficient use of Epic for documentation, orders, and charting with high accuracy.
• Evidence-based ICU nursing with rapid assessment and escalation of deteriorating patients.
• Experience in medication administration, IV therapy, and protocol-driven care.
• Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans.
• Infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance adherence.
• Participation in quality improvement projects and unit-based performance metrics.
• Mentor and coach junior staff; contribute to continuous learning culture.
• Patient and family education on care plans and post-discharge needs.
• On-site presence with reliable shift coverage and timely communication.
