Position Overview

Registered Nurse – Nights Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center, Williamsburg, Virginia. Up to $20,000 bonus to qualified RNs.

Requirements

• Previous RN Intensive Care (Critical Care) experience
• Strongly preferred Previous RN bedside acute care hospital experience
• Required: No new grad RNs at this time.
• Meets and maintains any requirements defined by specific specialty; Critical Care/IMCU ACLS within 1 year of hire;
• All Direct Care RNs required to have BLS within 90 days of hire.

Education & Certification

• RN Degree: RN Diploma, ADN, BSN or MSN
• Certifications and/or Licensure: The RN possesses clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards as required by specific clinical areas.
• RN License valid to work in the State of Virginia.

Responsibility

This position’s primary duties include assessing/admitting patients, rounding checks, giving medications, talking with family members, and being responsible for the overall care of your patients.

Compensation

• Base pay range for full-time employment: $41.93 - $61.01 hourly.
• Up to $20,000 bonus to qualified RNs.
• Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
