Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous RN Intensive Care (Critical Care) experience strongly preferred.
• RN bedside acute care hospital experience is REQUIRED.
• RN license valid to practice in Virginia.
• ACLS within 1 year of hire; BLS within 90 days of hire.
• No new grad RNs at this time.

Responsibilities

• Assess and admit patients and conduct initial assessments.
• Perform routine rounds and ongoing nursing evaluations.
• Administer medications and document care.
• Communicate with family members and provide education.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure patient safety and quality.
