Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Yukon is seeking a dedicated Staff Registered Nurse to join our night shift team on weekends. You will manage and deliver patient care using the nursing process, with opportunities to float to other units as needed, and participate in on-call status.

• RN licensure in the State of Oklahoma or a current multistate license via Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
• BLS issued by ARC or AHA within 30 days of hire — Hospice CPR may be accepted in lieu of BLS.
• Certifications may vary by service line; INTEGRIS requires applicable qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Assessments and reassessments of patients.
• Develop and update the plan of care.
• Implement and adjust patient care interventions.
• Evaluate effectiveness of interventions.
• Supervise and coordinate licensed and non-licensed staff.

Responsibilities

The Staff Registered Nurse assumes responsibility for the management and delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process May be required to float to other units. May be required to participate in on call status.

• Assessment/re-assessments
• Development of the plan of care
• Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Supervises and coordinates other licensed and non-licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients as assigned
• Provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate The Staff Registered Nurse reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president.
• This position may have additional or varied physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements.

• Potential for exposure to infections and communicable diseases, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, chemicals.

Qualifications

• RN (Registered Nurse) Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire - Hospice Only: Current CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association required in lieu of BLS
• Other certifications and competencies required based on service line skill
