Job summary

Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking a Registered Nurse for the IHA Job 1-Resource Team. The RN will provide safe, compassionate patient care using the nursing process, and demonstrate clinical competence and critical thinking across patient populations.

Applicants should hold an Arkansas RN license (BSN preferred) with at least 18 months of RN experience, including a year in the designated specialty. Willingness to float within campuses within 30 miles is required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in Arkansas.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 18 months RN experience, including one year in the specialty.
• Specialty units require specialized education.
• CPR certification required; ACLS/PALS/NALS may be required.
• Float within specialty or across campuses within 30 miles.
