Job summary

This role requires clinical competence and critical thinking, with eligibility for AR RN licensure, CPR certification, and 18+ months of RN experience, including area-specific specialty training and cross-campus float within 30 miles.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in Arkansas.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 18 months RN experience, including one year in the specialty applied for.
• Specialty units require and will provide specific specialized education.
• Healthcare CPR certification required; ACLS/PALS/NALS may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process to provide safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care.
• Demonstrate clinical competence and critical thinking.
• Float within the specialty or across campuses no more than 30 miles from the home campus.
