Job summary

Baptist Health in Little Rock, AR is seeking an IHA RN Travel member for the Critical Care Resource Team working Night shift 19:00-07:00. The RN provides safe, compassionate patient care using nursing process.

Requirements include AR RN license, BSN preferred, CPR; ACLS/PALS/NALS as required. Minimum 18 months experience including at least 12 months in the specialty. Authorized 72 hours biweekly.

Job Summary

A registered nurse at Baptist Health is accountable for utilizing the nursing process and the training provided by Baptist Health to provide safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care. The nurse is expected to demonstrate clinical competence and critical thinking.

Qualifications and Experience

• Registered nurse in good standing in the state of Arkansas.
• BSN preferred.
• Healthcare CPR required; ACLS, PALS and/or NALS training provided as required.
• Specialty unit education provided.
• Minimum 18 months Registered Nurse experience, including at least one year in the specialty applied for.
• Authorized 72 hours bi‑weekly.
