Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assesses, organizes, and completes patient care considering age, culture, and psychosocial factors.
• Documents steps of the nursing process and uses proper medical terminology.
• Facilitates discharge through referrals and patient education resources.
• Collaborates with other disciplines to meet unit goals and participates in education activities.
