Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital, Inc. is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse I for night shift. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital standards and unit policies.

The role requires completion of basic nursing education and an active RN license in Oklahoma or multistate licensure. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for effective patient care and discharge planning.

  • Collaborates with other disciplines and follows unit/hospital policies.
  • Engages in continuous education and PI activities and variance reporting.

Supports unit/hospital goals through PI and educational activities as evidenced by attending in-services, meeting unit education standards, and completing variance reports.Decision Making: Independent judgment in making decisions from many diversified alternatives that are subject to general review in final stages only.Working Relationship: Coordinates activities of others (does not supervise).
