Responsibilities

  • Gathers data, implements and evaluates care for an assigned group of patients based on physician's orders and Nursing Care Plan.
  • Takes and notes physician's orders accurately; consults with Registered Nurse to plan patient care.
  • Documents nursing process/care accurately and clearly.
  • Addresses patient problems and progress toward outcomes; facilitates discharge planning and patient teaching.
