Job summary

KabaFusion is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse to join our Ballston Spa team. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care in the home setting, leveraging your IV infusion experience and clinical skills to support prescribed treatments.

You will provide one-on-one patient education, build lasting relationships with patients, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective therapy delivery.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• 2-3 years of home infusion nursing experience.
• Willingness to participate in on-call program for additional compensation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care and education in the home setting per prescribed plan.
• Utilize IV infusion skills to administer therapies safely and effectively.
• Build lasting relationships with patients and collaborate with the care team.

As a Registered Nurse, you bring:
