Job summary

KabaFusion is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse I in Ballston Spa, NY. This full-time role offers the opportunity to provide direct patient care in patients' homes, leveraging IV experience to support prescribed therapies.

A strong emphasis on building relationships with patients and families under a collaborative interdisciplinary team. The position requires an active RN license, 2–3 years of infusion experience, and participation in optional on-call shifts with additional compensation.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• 2-3 years of home or clinic infusion nursing experience.
