Job summary

KabaFusion is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse to join our Springfield, MA team. You will provide in-home infusion therapy, educate patients, and build lasting relationships with families while following the prescribed plan.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay, and benefits starting on the first day. Qualified RNs bring 2–3 years infusion nursing experience and an active RN license; on-call opportunities provide additional compensation.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• 2–3 years of home or clinic infusion nursing experience.
• Ability to participate in on-call program for additional compensation.
• Reimbursement for certifications/ongoing certification renewal (CEUs).
• Strong patient education and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer infusion therapies in the patient's home.
• Provide one-on-one patient care and education per the plan of treatment.
• Build lasting relationships with patients and families.
• Coordinate with prescribers and interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective therapy.
