Baystate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse I to join the Davis Neonatal ICU at Baystate Children’s Hospital in Springfield, MA. This full-time role requires days 7 AM–7 PM, with rotating weekends and holidays, and supports professional development in a Magnet-recognized, safety-focused environment.

You will care for neonates as part of a multidisciplinary team, with access to certification support and comprehensive benefits. The unit values shared governance and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Successful passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of inpatient RN experience; 2 years Mother/Baby or NICU experience preferred.
