Job Summary:Under general supervision, provides professional nursing services to individuals receiving behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment services. Performs nursing assessments, medication administration, health screenings, treatment implementation, consumer education, and care coordination activities. Ensures delivery of safe, effective, person-centered care consistent with physician orders, accepted nursing standards of practice, and organizational policies. The role routinely utilizes computers, telephones, electronic health records, medical equipment, and standard office equipment.
