How you’ll contribute

• Provides after‑hours leadership and operational oversight to support safe, effective patient care throughout the facility.
• Serves as a resource for clinical staff, assisting with problem‑solving, prioritization, and escalation as needed.
• Assists with patient care when indicated and helps coordinate timely interventions based on patient needs.
• Promotes quality, patient safety, and service standards; supports investigation and follow‑up of after‑hours issues and events per policy.
• Supports patient throughput and staffing coordination by partnering with department leaders and the Administrator on Call.

What we’re looking for

• Current RN license in the state of practice (or compact state, as applicable).
• Basic Life Support (BLS/BCLS) required.
• ACLS required.
• PALS preferred.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Prior acute care RN experience and demonstrated leadership/charge experience required.
