Prime Healthcare is seeking an RN House Supervisor to ensure smooth clinical operations at Providence Medical Center in Kansas City, KS. This role involves managing staff, overseeing patient flow, and ensuring quality care in the absence of administrative leadership.
The ideal candidate will hold a valid RN license and have prior supervisory experience, along with a minimum of three years of acute care nursing experience. This position offers per diem employment status with variable shifts.
We are seeking a RN House Supervisor, sometimes referred to as a Hospital House Supervisoror Clinical House Supervisor. The RN House Supervisor will ensure smooth, safe, and efficient clinical operations across the entire hospital. The RN Supervisor is the administrative representative of hospital leadership when management is off-site. The RN House Supervisor will ensure that staffing, patient care, crisis response, and interdepartmental coordination are handled without interruption.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):
Education, Work Experience & Qualifications:
1. Current and valid license as a Registered Nurse. 2. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current. 3. ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current. 4. One (1) year prior experience as a Supervisor preferred. 5. Minimum of three (3) years acute care nursing experience. 6. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
