Job summary

Baptist Health in Kentucky is seeking a Registered Nurse for the House Float- PRN, Days role. The RN will implement the nursing process for patients across pediatric to geriatric care within the assigned nursing department.

Responsibilities include assessing status, planning, implementing and evaluating care, and communicating patient information. Kentucky RN license and required certifications (BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS; NRP for specific units) are required, with critical care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing required.
• Active Kentucky RN License.
• Two years critical care experience preferred.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required for employees assigned to George & Beverly Rawling’s Women’s Center.
