Shift Hours: 7:00 pm - 7:00 am
Note: This position requires travel to patients' homes for in-home acute nursing care and virtual care in the patient care hub. It is not remote.

About the Hospital Care at Home Program

This innovative program delivers hospital-level care at home, utilizing portable technology for 24/7 remote monitoring and virtual care. It allows nurses to build strong patient relationships and improve health outcomes.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in inpatient/observation settings, including injuries, illnesses, and post-intervention needs.
• Deliver in-home acute care and virtual care via the Patient Care Hub.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing school.
• Current Florida RN license or valid eNLC multistate license.
• Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of acute care nursing experience required.
