Job summary

Henry Ford Health seeks a Hospice Nurse to deliver compassionate care to patients across Michigan. The role includes taking on occasional managerial duties when the Hospice manager is unavailable and collaborating with the Hospice team to ensure quality care.

Requires RN licensure in Michigan, and hospice certification is preferred. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also expected to support home visits and patient care access.

Qualifications

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Provides nursing care to hospice patients in accordance with the hospice concept of care. Assumes managerial responsibilities in the absence of the Hospice manager. Works under the supervision of the Hospice manager. Over IRS Mileage Reimbursement rate.

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Requires graduation from an accredited school of nursing, and current Michigan licensure as a Registered Nurse.
