Jobot is seeking a Registered Nurse Hospice Case Manager in Muncie, IN. This on-site, permanent role offers a salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include providing nursing care to hospice patients at home or facilities, developing care plans, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, administering medications, educating families on end-of-life care, and documenting care in EMR systems. On-call rotation may be required.
