The Home Health & Hospice RN (HHHRN) provides care to patients in their homes, considering the needs of the patient, family, and caregivers. The practice involves a holistic approach to health, from prenatal to post-death periods, and includes primary, secondary, and tertiary prevention. The RN assists patients and families in coordinating community resources and health insurance benefits, along with delivering nursing services in the patient’s home.
