Maxim Healthcare in Orlando is hiring a Registered Nurse for Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their homes in Winter Garden, FL. This is for full-time and part-time shifts requiring Tracheostomy Experience.

Salary: $27 - $32 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and services.
• Initiate care plans and request revisions as patient needs change.
• Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on diagnosis and goals.
• Respond to changes in patient condition and report to physicians or supervisors.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor and document effectiveness.
• Review care plans and identify education, care coordination, and discharge planning needs.

Requirements:

• Current RN license for the practicing state.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility or state regulation).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• At least one year of RN experience.
• Tracheostomy experience.
