Maxim Healthcare in Orlando is hiring a Registered Nurse for Pediatric and/or Adult home care in Winter Garden, FL. Both Full-Time and Part-Time shifts available, with Tracheostomy Experience preferred.

Salary: $27 - $32 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and services.
• Initiate and revise care plans as patient needs change.
• Apply therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on diagnoses and goals.
• Respond to changes in patient condition and report to physicians or supervisors.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor and document effectiveness.
• Review care plans and protocols to identify education, care coordination, and discharge planning needs.

Requirements:

• Current RN license for the practicing state.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility/state regulation).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• At least ONE YEAR of RN experience.
• Tracheostomy experience.
