Job summary

Carolina Caring is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Hospice team serving patients and families throughout Charlotte and Mecklenburg County. You will provide exceptional hospice care with comfort, support, and guidance to patients and loved ones.

Minimum one year of clinical experience is required; hospice or home health experience is preferred. A bachelor’s degree in nursing is strongly preferred, and an unrestricted North Carolina nursing license plus CPR certification

Qualifications

• Hospice or home health care experience preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing – bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; must maintain CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered hospice/home care to patients and families.
• Serve patients in Charlotte and Mecklenburg County with high-quality care and support.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
