Job summary

Medi Home Health and Hospice - Charting Station in Raleigh, NC is seeking a dedicated, full-time Registered Nurse to provide compassionate hospice care to patients and families in Raleigh, Smithfield, and Garner (Wake, Johnston, and Smithfield counties).

You will work within a multidisciplinary team under the guidance of the Director of Professional Services or Hospice Administrator to deliver end-of-life care with dignity and comfort.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited RN program.
• Experience in hospice or end-of-life care preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to cover multiple communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and comfort to hospice patients.
• Collaborate with families and physicians to ensure every need is met.
• Uphold our care standards through adherence to policies and procedures.
• Support the emotional and physical well-being of patients and their loved ones.

Salary Range: $67,000.00– $84,000.00

We're currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Registered Nurse to join our team and provide meaningful, end-of-life care to patients and families in the Raleigh, Smithfield, and Garner (Wake, Smithfield, and Johnston Counties), NC communities.

In this role, you'll become a vital member of our compassionate multidisciplinary team, working closely under the guidance of the Director of Professional Services or Hospice Administrator. You’ll be a steady presence and a source of comfort, helping patients and their loved ones navigate one of life’s most profound journeys with dignity, grace, and support.
