Schedule Options: 3 12-hour shifts, 4 10-hour shifts, or one day per weekend with the remainder in the week.

$15,000 Sign-on Bonus

Compensation
  • $95,000 to $103,000 annually

Responsibilities
  • Perform patient assessments and collaborate with the care team to develop and implement care plans.
  • Make referrals to other disciplines as needed, or document rationale for not doing so.
  • Promote patient health and independence through teaching and rehabilitative measures, helping patients learn self-care techniques.
  • Supervise LPNs and HHAs.
  • Complete documentation accurately and timely.
  • Communicate patient progress regularly to the clinical manager and care team.
  • Plan and deliver staff education.
  • Perform on-call responsibilities and services as assigned.
  • Participate in clinical development and continuing education programs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • At least 1+ year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN). Less than 1 year requires VP approval.*
  • Current RN license valid in the state(s) of employment.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance.
  • Less than 6 months of clinical experience requires participation in the RN Intern program.*
