Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Home Health RN for a 13-week assignment based in Shelbyville, KY. This role involves direct patient care in the home setting and requires strong documentation skills, especially with OASIS.

Requirements:

Active Kentucky RN license

Minimum 1 year of recent home health experience

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
