Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. seeks a Registered Nurse for our Oakdale, Minnesota location. The role requires performing comprehensive nursing assessments, developing care plans, and providing skilled nursing interventions including wound care, IV therapy, and medication management.

You will supervise LPNs/LVNs and home health aides, coordinate care activities, and ensure accurate clinical documentation while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to diverse teams and patients.

Qualifications

• Graduate from approved school of professional nursing and licensed to practice as an RN in the state of operation.
• 1 year RN experience.

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order. Ability to travel to all business locations.
