Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Registered Nurse Home Health to support Chicago and the western Chicago suburbs. You will assess patients, perform initial and ongoing evaluations, and provide nursing care per the plan of care while protecting privacy and maintaining HIPAA standards.

Requirements include an active RN license and 1+ year of clinical nursing experience; Home Health experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Certificate, Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate).
• 1+ year of nursing experience in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds and assist with patient positioning and equipment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to travel between patient homes.

As a Registered Nurse Home Health, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

• Assessing patients to determine their care needs.

What is Required?

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, or have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.

The base salary for this position is $83,000 to $93,000 annually, based on the company's good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
