Elara Caring in Oklahoma is seeking a Registered Nurse - Home Health to join our elite team delivering compassionate care in patients' homes. You will assess, plan, and provide nursing services, educate families, and collaborate with the care team while complying with HIPAA and safety standards.

A valid RN license and 1+ year of clinical experience are required; home health is preferred. Travel is required to multiple patient locations with a fleet vehicle or mileage reimbursement.

• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.

Job Description

What is Required

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
