Job summary

Sora Resource Group in Brooklyn Park, MN seeks a Registered Nurse to join a patient‑centered care team. You will perform comprehensive nursing assessments, collaborate on care plans, and provide wound care, IV therapy, and medication management.

You will supervise LPNs/LVNs, assist with admissions and on‑call duties, and ensure accurate clinical documentation. Travel to multiple locations is required; CPR certification and MN RN license are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in Minnesota.
• CPR certification required.
• Must be a driver with reliable vehicle and willingness to travel to all locations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments addressing physical, emotional, psychosocial, and spiritual needs.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation.
• One (1) year experience as a RN.

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation.
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order. Ability to travel to all business locations.
