Job summary

Puget Sound Home Health & Hospice is seeking multiple Home Health Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team serving Buckley, Puyallup, and Graham. You’ll work one-on-one with patients in their homes while receiving strong clinical support from a collaborative team.

The position offers hourly pay between $45 and $60, with mileage reimbursement and comparable pay-per-visit rates. We provide comprehensive benefits and flexible scheduling to support your health, future, and lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• Home Health and/or Hospice experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients in their homes and identify their individual care needs.
• Develop and manage personalized plans of care in collaboration with providers.
• Provide skilled nursing care, education, and support to patients and families.
• Coordinate care with therapists, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needs change.
• Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in quality initiatives that help us continually improve patient care.

Compensation

What You’ll Do

As a Home Health RN, you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while providing skilled care where they’re most comfortable: at home.
