Job summary

Havenova Home Care Solutions seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical oversight, care planning, and Medicare compliance across our home care operations.

The RN will work with caregivers, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care, accurate documentation, and regulatory adherence. MA-licensed, CPR, and home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in MA and CPR certification.
• Home health or case management experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Medicare guidelines preferred.
• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per regulations.
• Coordinate care with caregivers, physicians, and families.
• Monitor patient status and document changes.
• Ensure care delivery aligns with plans and clinical needs.
• Support Medicare and state compliance through proper documentation and oversight.
• Perform supervisory visits and quality assurance checks.
• Participate in chart audits and compliance reviews.
• Provide clinical guidance to staff and caregivers.
