Job summary

Qualifications

• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Minimum 1-year experience in a clinical environment with mental health-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care, assess and observe residents.
• Administer medications and treatments with monitoring for adverse reactions.
• Coordinate care with an interprofessional team to develop treatment plans.
• Document assessments, plans, outcomes, and referrals.
• Engage in trauma-informed practice and promote independence.
• Support residents and families while ensuring dignity and safety.
