Duties

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments for patients.
• Perform triage duties to prioritize patient care based on urgency and medical need.
• Administer IV infusions and manage catheter care as required.
• Provide primary care services, focusing on home community care and trauma medicine when necessary.
• Document patient information accurately using ICD-10 coding standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment in the clinic or healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Experience in triage, primary care, trauma medicine, or home community care is preferred.
• Proficiency in IV infusion techniques and catheter management.
• Strong understanding of ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on empathy and support.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
