Overview

BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to manage clinical operations for our home care services. The right candidate will be part of our Rockstar Care Team and will be provided opportunity and full support to grow in their career.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Conduct in-home assessments and ensure that patient care meets regulatory and company standards.
• Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations, including documentation and reporting requirements.
• Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
• Provide guidance and support to nurses and caregivers to ensure the highest level of patient care.
• Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for all home care cases.

Qualifications

• Required: Active Registered Nurse (RN) License – valid and unrestricted in the state of operation.
• Required: CPR Certification
• Preferred: Reliable car, driver\'s license and auto insurance
• Clinical Experience – 2-3 years in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing.
• IV Infusion Therapy Expertise – proficient in administering and overseeing IV infusions, including medications, hydration, and TPN
• Wound Care – dressing changes, infection prevention, NPWT/Wound VAC management
• Sales & Business Development Mindset – ability to attract and retain clients and collaborate with referral partners
• Leadership & Management – supervise, train, and mentor nurses, aides, and caregivers
• Care Plan Development – create and oversee patient care plans for high-quality outcomes
• Quality Assurance & Risk Management – auditing, incident reporting, and policy compliance
• Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – handle staffing issues and patient concerns quickly
• Flexibility & Availability – on-call responsibilities and emergencies

Nice to Have

• Home Health or Private Duty Nursing Experience – familiarity with BrightStar Care’s business model

• Compensation: $50–$60 per hour (base) + mileage reimbursement
