Job summary

AMOREM is seeking a full-time RN care coordinator in North Carolina to improve end-of-life care. You will deliver bedside hospice support, use technology to enhance care quality, and educate patients and families within a dynamic, inter-disciplinary team.

The role emphasizes holistic patient care, ongoing professional growth, and a flexible schedule with on-call responsibilities to support patients and families in their hospice journeys.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted nursing license.
• RN degree (ADN, BSN, MSN).
• CPR certification up to date.
• Hospice/palliative care experience preferred.
• Willingness to take on new challenges and pursue professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide more time for quality end-of-life bedside care.
• Leverage technology to improve quality of care.
• Educate patients and families.
• Maximize hospice medical skills.
• Coordinate the development of plan of care.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

What you bring to AMOREM:
